Do you manufacture PEX pipe fittings?
Yes. PEX fittings are an established line, used in hot and cold water plumbing and radiant floor heating. They are produced to your drawing, so the connection type and sizing follow your system rather than a catalogue.
Are your sanitary fittings suitable for food and pharmaceutical use?
Sanitary fittings are engineered for hygienic fluid transfer and are used in food processing, pharmaceutical and water treatment systems. Tell us the applicable standard and we will confirm the grade and finish before quoting.
Are your brass plumbing components lead-free for drinking water?
Yes. We supply low-lead and eco-brass grades that meet drinking-water lead limits, plus dezincification-resistant (DZR) brass for aggressive or chlorinated water, with compliance documentation on request.
Do you make brass HVAC and refrigeration fittings?
Yes. We manufacture flare nuts, line-set fittings, service and access valves, Schrader components and charging ports for HVAC and refrigeration, to your drawing or sample.
Can you produce faucet and sanitary components?
Yes. We machine faucet bodies and cartridge housings, spouts, aerator housings, diverters and other sanitary components in the appropriate brass grade and finish.
Do you pressure- and leak-test plumbing components?
Yes. Components can be pressure- and leak-tested to your specification, with dimensional and thread-gauge inspection reports supplied with the shipment.
What thread standards do you produce?
NPT, NPTF, BSP, BSPT, metric and custom threads, plus flare and compression connections for plumbing and HVAC systems.
