Industries We Serve

Precision components running in twenty-four sectors, from EV charging stations and medical gas valves to wind turbines and welding torches. Every part is made to a customer drawing at Jay Ashapura Precision Metals, under ISO 9001 and IATF 16949 certified systems.

Sectors served

Where these components end up.

Each sector below links straight to the component categories it usually needs, so you can go from your industry to the right part in one click.

Automotive components

Automotive

Sensor housings, fuel-system fittings, brake-line connectors and terminals, produced under IATF 16949 with PPAP available.

Electric Vehicles components

Electric Vehicles

Charging connector pins, male and female contacts, busbar terminals and copper turned parts for charging equipment and powertrains.

Heavy Equipment components

Heavy Equipment

Parts engineered for load and vibration in construction, mining and material-handling machines.

Agriculture components

Agriculture

Fittings, fasteners and bushings for irrigation systems and farm machinery that lives outdoors.

Sector not listed? It rarely matters. Nearly everything here is built to a customer drawing rather than a catalogue. Send your drawing →

Why sector experience matters

The part is the same. The paperwork is not.

Automotive

IATF 16949 production, PPAP on request, and change control that does not surprise you mid-programme.

Medical & gas

Material traceability by lot, leak testing where the part carries gas, and documentation that ships with the order.

Marine & outdoor

Alloy chosen for the exposure, not the price sheet. Naval brass, bronze and 316 stainless where salt is involved.

Potable water

Low-lead and DZR grades with compliance documentation, because plumbing is where material shortcuts get found.

Electrical

Conductivity and plating thickness measured and reported, since that is what sets contact resistance.

Everything else

Build to print, quoted on the drawing, with a U.S. contact who stays on the programme.

Industries FAQ

Questions, answered.

Which industries does Jay Ashapura actually supply?

Automotive and EV, electrical and electronics, medical, oil and gas, HVAC, plumbing and sanitary, aerospace and defense, semiconductors, telecommunications, solar and wind, marine, industrial assembly, heavy equipment, aviation, CNG and LPG, appliances, agriculture, drone, welding equipment and construction hardware. Components are exported to customers in more than twenty countries.

My industry is not on the list. Does that matter?

No. Almost everything produced here is made to a customer drawing rather than to a catalogue, so the sector matters far less than the part. Send the drawing and it will be quoted on its own merits.

Do you supply OEMs and Tier-1 suppliers directly?

Yes. Jay Ashapura supplies OEMs, Tier-1 and Tier-2 suppliers, connector manufacturers, wire harness companies and global sourcing groups. Kedar Hub is the U.S. point of contact for quoting and program support.

What certifications back this work?

ISO 9001:2015 and IATF 16949, both issued by TUV SUD, with VDA 6.3 compliance maintained. Automotive programs run under the IATF system with PPAP available on request.

Can you meet industry-specific documentation requirements?

Material test certificates to EN 10204 3.1, dimensional and inspection reports, and PPAP for automotive work are all available. Tell us what your quality system requires and we will confirm before quoting.
