Do you make brass nuts for oxygen and CO2 cylinders?
Yes. Brass cylinder nuts for oxygen cylinders, CO2 gas cylinders, gas regulators and gas valve fittings are an established line, machined in CW614N, CZ121 or your specified grade, with BSP, BSPT, NPT or custom threads.
What finishes are available on gas valve nuts?
Natural brass and nickel-plated as standard, plus custom coatings to meet a specific industry standard. These parts are made in an ISO 9001:2015 certified facility and are used in medical gas, beverage, industrial and food applications.
Which brass is best for valve components?
It depends on the medium and pressure. DZR brass resists dezincification in potable and aggressive water; low-lead brass meets drinking-water limits; free-cutting brass suits general air, oil and gas valves; naval brass suits seawater. We match the grade to your application.
Do you make O₂ and CO₂ valve nuts and gas valve parts?
Yes. We manufacture precision valve nuts for oxygen and CO₂ service and other gas-valve components, machined and cleaned to the required standard, to your drawing.
Do you pressure- and seat-test valve components?
Yes. Valve bodies and assemblies can be pressure- and leak-tested, with seat and bore inspection and reports supplied on request.
Can you supply complete valve assemblies?
We supply individual machined valve components and can also provide sub-assemblies with seals and fasteners fitted, to your specification.
Do you make custom valve parts from a sample?
Yes. Send a drawing or sample and we'll reverse-engineer and manufacture the valve body, stem, seat or adaptor to match, in the right brass grade.
